Tim Gates is the lead pastor of GoodNaz in Goodlettsville, TN giving direction to leadership, casting vision, and the primary teaching pastor. Tim has served in pastoral ministry for over 34 years. His ministry has been characterized by helping churches become healthy, vibrant, and relevant with a strong focus on reaching the community. Tim also served as the President for Samaritan Charities, a Nazarene Compassionate Ministry Center in Texarkana, TX that ran two thrift stores, an Alcohol and Drug rehabilitation center and aided in medical and financial assistance to senior adults.
Ron serves presently as the Senior Pastor of First Church of the Nazarene in Clarksville, Tennessee. The mission of Clarksville First is to be a Community of Hope to all we have an opportunity to come in contact with through “Sharing Hope and Changing Lives.” Their most recent missionary assignment had Ron serving as the Field Strategist for South Asia. The South Asia Field when Ron assumed leadership was made up of the following countries; Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and a few other countries not able to be listed here. In the 2006 statistics there were 71,698 members and 1,670 organized churches and the 2013 statistics there were 257,606 members and 4,948 organized churches.
Jason has been in full time ministry to students for 11 years. He currently serves as the associate pastor at Gateway Community. Jason is the Tennessee district NYI president and Southeast Region NYI events director. He Has directed local and district events including youth camp and extravaganza. Jason has been the director of TNT@TNU for the last 5 years. Jason's vision is to train, equip, and encourage students to make a lifelong commitment to Jesus Christ. Jason Has been married to his wife Stephanie of 11 years and has 3 daughters that keep him busy fulfilling the roles of husband, father, and pastor.
Daron Brown was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. He came to know the Lord at an early age and answered God’s call upon his life at age 18. He is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary. Daron pastors the Waverly, TN Church of the Nazarene. He is currently in his twelfth year of ministry with the people of Waverly. He has recently published his first book, Shift and also is a contributor to the book Holy Calling. He and his wife Katie have three children: Kendall (age 7), Parker (5), and McCauley (3).
Rondy M. Smith joined the pastoral staff team at Hermitage Church of the Nazarene in July 2001. Rondy holds a bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master’s degree from the University of Kansas, and a doctorate in Human and Organization Development from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University.Rondy’s primary responsibility as Community Life Pastor is Connection Ministries for Adults: Group Life (iBelong), Discipleship (iGrow), and Ministry & Mission (iServe). She is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and shares the pastoral ministries of teaching/preaching/counseling at HCN as well.

Have served as Lead Pastor at Woodlawn Community Church of the Nazarene the past six years. Before moving to Woodlawn in January 2008, I served in full-time ministry for twenty five years in three churches: Muskegon, Michigan; Jacksonville, Florida; Valparaiso, Indiana.
BRUCE OLDHAM is Senior Associate Pastor at Nashville First Church of the Nazarene in Nashville.
Previous to his return to local church pastoral ministry, Bruce served 21 years in Nazarene higher education: as Dean for the School of Christian Ministry at MidAmerica Nazarene University, and as Vice President for Enrollment Management, department chair/professor for Christian Education, Executive Assistant to the President, and Director of Admissions at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
Kevin M. Ulmet has served as senior pastor of Nashville First Church since August of 2011. Previous to that he led Chicago First Church for nearly 12 years, Greenville, SC First Church for 8 ½ years and Frankfort, KY Capital Church for 7 years. He is a 1981 graduate of Trevecca, received his M.Div from Nazarene Seminary in 1985 and the Doctor of Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Il. In 2010. He lives in Mount Juliet with his wife, Karen, and they have three adult daughters.
Tina Mitchell serves as Compassionate Ministries Pastor for Trevecca Community Church (TCC) of the Nazarene and is the Founding and Executive Director of CrossBRIDGE, Inc. She’s an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has received certifications as a Global Career Development Facilitator and Offender Workforce Development Specialist. Tina was appointed by Governor Bill Haslam to serve on the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network Advisory Board. Tina lives in Franklin with her husband of 33 years, Billy. Their 3 daughters are grown and they love being grandparents to Payton Rene, their 2 year-old granddaughter.
Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Religion and Pastoral Ministry from Trevecca Nazarene University and is working toward a Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He has served on staff for Nazarene churches in Winnsboro-SC (2007-2009) and Madison-TN (2009-2012). Matt serves Waverly Church of the Nazarene as Pastor of Youth and Connections (since 2012). Matt and his wife, Trina, were married in 2008 and serve as partners in ministry.
Sharron was a teacher for 30 years, and has been Prime Time director on the TN district for 13 years. She is also the Prime Time Director at the Old Hickory Church of the Nazarene.
Derek grew up at Goodlettsville Church of the Nazarene, where he was saved at the age of nine and answered the call to preach to teens. He interned in Florida, and has been on staff in Ohio, Georgia, Texas and is now back home in Tennessee. He loves visual arts and geeks out when finds a new way to use technology to reach teenagers and their families.
Steven Sellars has served as a chaplain to the Ashland City Fire Department for over a decade. He is also employed through Centerstone Mental Health Services as well. He is currently as the District Chaplaincy Director. He has also served as chaplain for Cheatham Co. EMS, certified in crisis intervention, and a volunteer firefighter. He has served in most ministry positions in the church. Ordained elder in 2007 with chaplain endorsement. Steven is married to his college sweetheart Diane and live in Pleasant View with their two kids, Petra and Zander.
Jeff Stark was saved in his mid 20's and rescued from a deeply sinful life. Called while a member of the United States Army, he started attending Clarksville First Church of the Nazarene, where he served on staff for 7 years. He is currently the pastor of Erin Church of the Nazarene.

Dan Boone has been in pastoral ministries for over thirty years. He has served the Church of the Nazarene faithfully pastoring churches in South Carolina, Tennessee, and Illinois. He is currently the President of Trevecca Nazarene University and the author of several books, including The Worship Plot.
Albertha currently serves as pastor of the Eastside Church of the Nazarene in Memphis. She has pastored for 15 years and served a Hispanic congregation for 10 years. She has traveled and preached internationally in Mexico, Guatemala, Coasta Rica, El Salvador and Cuba.
Nathan is a proud graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University (1999) For the past 13 years, Nathan has served in full time Music Ministry in Oregon, Indiana, and is currently at Grace Church of the Nazarene in Nashville, TN. In July of 2004, he was ordained as a Deacon of Music Ministry in the Church of the Nazarene. Nathan lives in Hendersonville, TN with his beautiful wife, Emily, and children Alivia (4), Jack (3), and a new baby boy arriving February 2013.
In 2009 Tony was called to be the Worship Arts Director at Clarksville First Church of the Nazarene-Community of Hope. It is an honor and privilege for him to be a part of shepherding the local church in the area of worship. Tony believes that effective worship leadership embraces and communicates the timeless message of Jesus Christ using culturally relevant music, art and creativity. Tony is currently enrolled at Nazarene Bible College and when he is not serving at Community of Hope, he loves spending time with his wife Nina and three kids Isaiah (16), Tucker (14) and Ella (12), reading, writing songs and leading worship for various retreats and conferences.

Dr. Mark Lindstrom currently serves as pastor of Columbia Grace Church of the Nazarene. Prior to this assignment he served as pastor in Bentonville, Arkansas. Dr. Lindstrom has served a variety of district roles and as an adjunct professor at Trevecca Nazarene University. Mark has degrees from Trevecca, Nazarene Theological Seminary, and Asbury Seminary.
Rich Cook is a 1992 grad of Olivet Nazarene University and served in youth ministry for eight and a half years in churches in Illinois and Alabama. Since 2003 he has pastored the Portland Church of the Nazarene. Rich loves his family, the local church, preaching, Walt Disney World, burritos, Mike Ditka and the Boston Red Sox.
Scott and Cristy Thomas have taught a weekly marriage class at Clarksville Grace Church of the Nazarene since 2009. In 2011, they started a men’s and a women’s bible studies that meet weekly at a local coffee house. This past year they have started teaching monthly marriage seminars at a local venue and also speak at retreats. They have been coaching couples individually as well, walking through the different stages of redemption. The call on their life to intercede on behalf of marriages has been embraced with a sincere desire to help those in need. They consider the greatest blessing in their lives to be their savior Jesus Christ, their marriage and 5 children

Pastors Daniel and Dani Hawks are both children’s pastors. Daniel is the Children’s pastor at Waverly Church of the Nazarene. While Dani is at Griffin’s Chapel Church of the Nazarene. They are District Licnesed and this is the first assignment for both of them. Daniel is studying for his Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Ministries at Nazarene Bible College Online and Dani has completed the Module Program through NBC and is now finishing up an Assocites Degree in Psychology from Nashville State Community College. She will then continue on to get her Bachelors. They both have a heart for seeing the next generation know and love Christ. They have been married for one year and have a dog named Lassie.
Jeremy Byler is the Elementary and Middle School Pastor at Erin Church of the Nazarene. Jessica serves as the Preschool/Administrative Pastor as well. They have served together in ministry for nearly a decade in Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, and Oklahoma.

Becky Hancock is the Tennessee District President for Nazarene Missions International. She has had a love for missions since her sister went as a missionary in 1985 to Papua New Guinea. Becky is a pastor's wife, a piano teacher, and a mother of three adult children and grandmother of five.

Jeannie Adams and Tonya Marks are a mother/daughter team with a heart for children’s ministry. Jeannie is the Children’s Pastor at Franklin Community of Faith Church of the Nazarene and has been involved in children’s ministry for over 30 years. Tonya is the Children’s Pastor at Columbia Grace Church of the Nazarene where she has been on staff for almost 15 years. Their belief that God saves and ministers through children motivates them to help kids grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus.
Ruth Chandler has taught evangelism for 25 years. Her simple gospel presentations have been effective in leading hundreds to faith in Christ.
Karen Edwards has worked 19 years in a community mental health setting. Through God's grace, God has filled her will a love for people from all walks of life. Karen's ministry to is to share that God is our Healing HOPE and he restores us, giving back what the devil has taken from us. Karen has completed requirements for a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca and will graduate in May. Karen is a member of American Association of Marriage FAmily Therapist and American ASsociation of Christian Counselors. Karen is a wife of 24 years and a mother to an adult son and daughter and two middle school children.
